Currently, there are 109 casualties of this year's elections. And of course, a number of presidential candidates are stirring up trouble, even when the results aren't released yet.

You know the part in horror movies where the lights suddenly go out, and when the lights are on again, someone's dead?

Unfortunately, the case is similar when it comes to ballot boxes here in the Philippines. And it's consistent enough that it's not funny.

I'm sorry but I don't see why this problem hasn't been solved when it's been happening for the past few decades.
